Scales in Kentucky

Does anyone know if you have to enter the scales in Kentucky driving a cargo van?Seems every thing is different in many states.Thanks

Cargo vans dont scale in Ky unless they have 1001# or more of haz mat this is as per Warren Wilmoth badge# 0309 KSP on 1/7/03 But on the other hand Mi just passed their law last November.
