Always sending the message for the "new" work ethic. Why would any other young person want to volunteer their time? I guess it's only community service if the Obama administration approves it.

Well I think a fact that many miss is the people who work for any city or county work for the people and because of that, there is no need for unions to be involved with public work.

If anyone wants to clean a park, then it is his right to do so because it is his park and no union has the right to file any complaint over it - the public's money paid for that park.
