Rotate and Balance Drive Tires

How often do you rotate and balance your drive tires?
We have 60,000 miles on this set and one inside tire is showing some odd wear on the inside tread.

JJ ,that can be loose wheel bearing.

Could be axel mounts or a weak bag on that side causeing the inside to carry more weight

We did have a bad air bag on that side. Ended up replacing both sides last month. The odd wear is some of the lugs on the inside row are worn much more than others. No pattern to it.

That might be a broken belt issue. You can always have it broken and remounted the opposite way to try and get more life out of it.
