There was talk yesterday about starting a trucker reality show. Sounds like a fun time if someone got that going. I'm tired of storage wars and plastic face old women of somewhere USA, and that bounty hunter dude. It's time for the truckers to be recognized.............. Someone is going to make some big money this deal.

It may help the trucking industry, well u guys can think about it.

I can't believe Storage Wars is even a show. The concept itself is ludicrous. To make a battle out of people bidding for abandoned storage lockers...how did it ever get on the air?

Now, Ice Road Truckers, Whale Wars, and the Jennifer Brennan Show...those I can watch all day. Gold Rush, too.

If was to be a real reality show I would think it would be preety boring as most of them have turned out to be..
I say most because I do kinda like the Gold rush shows,,and from time to time the logging shows.
Use to enjoy Deadliest Catch and Ice Road but grew tired of them once Hollywood took over.

A couple of years back a PBS television producer came here and asked for input about a potential new trucker reality show. The producer was unceremoniously virtually spit on and kicked out the door. It was a lovely display of expediters, lemme tell ya.

The thread got chopped up pretty bad, and all the off-topic posts were moved to another thread. Most of them, anyway. Some were just gone, poof. The OP is lost, so the references to plans for TV and many other things are lost. But you can read the smoldering remains here. It ain't pretty.

That does not sound like the folks here now, I could be wrong, imagine that.
