I know there have been threads before about meals we prepare on the road, but I'm wondering if there are many pics of those meals.
One of the things I do to amuse myself on the road is to try and be creative when making a meal from whatever is at hand, then take a pic or two, mostly to send to family to show them I actually do eat more than hot dogs and pizza, but also just as record and maybe future blog post.
Here's today's brunch, Laredo Style:
Grilled Steak with Mango Salsa, Fiesta Cheese, Onion, and San Pedro Green Jalapeño Hot Sauce, with fresh fruit and Izzy Guss' Sweet Pickle Chips, all left over from previous meals.
