Found a great new product for the truck. This griddle folds in the middle, has a temperature control for both sides and also has a grease catcher. The cooking surfaces are removable for washing. The griddle also comes with a griddle to replace one side. Very easy to set up and use, easy to wash and stores in a small area. We found this grill at Sear's and so far sure been happy with it.
