Ribs: Memphis Dry Rub

If you find yourself in Memphis, TN with some time to burn and want to enjoy some of the best ribs in the country....you'll have to try the original Corky's BBQ on Poplar Ave.

The whole "dry rub" on ribs was always a mystery to. Who wants "dry" ribs I always thought. That myth went away after trying these bad boys - think instead....intense flavor.

When in Memphis I like Neelys but Corkys will work if I'm closer to them

Those sure look good but since I can't get there to try them our local (I hate chains) Ruby Tuesday has a dry rub rib that is pretty darn good too.
