If he's not... can you say "chop shop". If he is "up to date" with pay then who knows. Either way, missing trucks are definitely on the gov's list of concerns.

Panther Unit #??? even if the decals are off there may well be a shadow still. Easier than finding a VIN number. Is it a tractor still or a converted straight truck?

The truck is missing?what about the driver?why would the driver take the truck?where was the truck last pinged?has the fuel card been used?don't cancel the card,it could find the driver and the thing of more concern to you "the truck". sure hope the drivers safe and in good health.
