I think I'll give myself a break this year, and not get too altruistic, on resolutions. Something simple, that I know I can handle..like, take more time off, and drink more beer!! So put yours out here, if you dare!!
For Me!
I need also to take more time off, and learn to relax. Spending more time with the wifey is another resolution that I will be making to her. You guys will know if I break it, because she said that she would break my PC, if I don't keep it, or for me not to make it.
I have not made any resolutions in the past years knowing I would break them anyway. This year will be different. Since I have been driving I have gained some weight, so I promised my self and hubby to take better care of my self. Walk more or as much as possible. Eat a little healthier then we have been. Truck stop food will kill ya!!
I make the same resulutions every year. I do really good for at keeping them. Then ##### Clark ends his New years eve show and I kinda start slipping...
I always say I will lose weight and quit chewing Copenhagen. About that time I get a letter from White Castle begging me to reconsider. So this year I decided not to resolve to lose weight. President Bush told me it is patriotic to do my part for the economy. And if I was to diet God knows how many people in the food service, manufacturing and farmers I would put out of business. So being the patriotic American I am I will continue to "Broaden my horizon"!
God Bless America and give me 10 more cheeseburgers!
I resolve to fix the cable that bumps my truck's idle speed up. It has been broken for the last 4 years, and I've pulled my back out too many times twisting myself up like a paperclip trying to put the clothespin on the pedal lever. Sometimes I just let it idle slow and it smokes like Uncle Buck's car when I take off from the truckstop!
