You know you've been itching to return to Congress when you’re feeling especially chatty upon returning from the holiday break.


Such was the case for Sen. Harry Reid, who spoke on the Senate floor for upwards of six minutes Monday while discussing the University of Nevada's big upset win over the weekend against Boise State, a team that had national title hopes.


"This memorable, remarkable win means so much," said Reid, who went on to explain some of the game's highlights and described running into one of the players during a church service.
