It should be required viewing for everyone in America! I, for one, am sick of the way the guilty party's family immediately files a suit against the police, and is usually aided & abetted by "civil rights" groups in their effort to blame law enforcement for harming their precious gangster. I hope the chief can show the judges what results when you keep giving the bad guys another chance to be worse.
