We have two huge reasons to thank Ray! For one he made Molly's life a lot better at the Expo. On Friday morning about 3:30 the alternator on our Rig Master died. First thing in the morning Bob called Ray to see if he could bring us an alternator. Bob caught Ray on his way out of the door getting in his car but Ray being the guy he is went back in and picked us up an alternator. Bob was able to install the alternator and our Rig Master preformed flawlessly through out the Expo and kept Molly very cool during the day. Molly was able to sleep in the hotel at night with us.
Ray had a drawing the last day of the truck show open to forum members for a Espar Heater. Bob has been wanting one of the Espar heaters for our new truck and lo and behold my name was pulled! I was in total shock as I entered as a lark as I never win anything.
We would like to thank Ray for bringing us the alternator and solving a panic moment for us and also for giving away the heater. Both are appreciated one now and one in the near future!
Ray also has a very informative workshop every year at the Expo "Smart Economics: Idle Reduction Tips, Tools & Facts". Both Bob and I feel as if Ray really goes the extra mile to assist Expediters in education and products.
