How do I get my own copy of my MVR record and my DAK record?

What is a CVOR, and can I obtain a copy of this myself? I am assuming it is another report regarding comercial driver violations.

For the MVR you go to your local DMV and buy one.

I'm pretty sure CVOR is a Canadian thing.

DAC (not DAK) can be obtained online from the DAC website, for a fee, naturally.

The CVOR is the Commericial Vehicles Operating Regististration.

Sorry, I didn't see that you were asking about obtaining a copy.
I believe, if you are an Ontario resident, you can get an abstract of your CVOR at a SERVICE ONTARIO kiosk found in many shopping malls.
