Good Driver/Fleet Owner communications can do much to promote successful business relationships between the two. What questions would fleet owners be wise to ask drivers? And what questions would drivers be wise to ask fleet owners?

Driver should request that the FO provide the contact information (not just a written reference) so the driver can talk to current and maybe even former drivers. If an owner declines to do that, it should be a HUGE red flag to a potential driver.
