Question about owner operator rates ???

What are the rates for owner operator running under my authorities ?
I got my own numbers, i've been geting loads myself and recently i was ask by couple drivers about searching for loads for them to.
If someone can pls tell me what are the rates or %.
They will be running under my authorities and my cargo insurance.

Do research of all the companies,you have some that pay a mileage rate something like 80 cents upto like $1.00 per loaded mile and then you have ones paying a percentage of the load gross to the truck like 60 percent and up then you have to find what works good for you and those drivers just my thought

80 cents to $1.00 per loaded mile. I hope these are cargo van rates.....

I'm at an average of .87 to .90 cpm avg, loaded mile, here at ASE.Been that way since I started.The only thing that helps that is low deadhead miles, keeping the all mile pay up to a respectful level.These are van rates, no Sprinter.And on a flat-rate based system, as well.After seeing a freinds pay per mile based on percentage pay, it is making me think long and hard about the flat rate per mile pay.
