Not sure about Bridgestone. But, I have researched tires since I will be a D unit o/o soon. Top of the line Michelin's run about $390 each or $1560 for set of four. Fort Harrison Truck Tire Center in Terre Haute, IN. 812.466.9888
That sounds about right.
We just yesterday tried Panther tire program. A set of Goodyears best out the door for 625.00
That included mounting and balance plus a 40.00 per tire casing credit.
A pretty decent program
There is a place in Akron, Ohio that I have been Buying all my tires from for the last 11 years that has Great prices. I have been getting Steer tire's for less that $300.00 and recaps on the drives for less that $150.00 each with your old caseing. There Recaps look brand new.
Here is the place.

two steers, and they are 395's. I will have the exact tire number when my team sends me the receipt. Size are 22.5 installed in Nashville
Should mention, they aren't the ones with the anti-flat stuff.
Those are a 287 something?
Dave I have been having cupping problems with Goodyear's. So I went the BF Goodrich 22.5 with the cupping wall and got almost 180,000 miles on a set of steer's with them.

The 395's are the ones I'm planning on for the 3rd truck. I don't know that they'll be in Memphis but I guess being a national account it would be the same price everywhere.

It should be.
The only variance will be on mounting, balancing, and whatever the casing charge is.
25.00 a tire if they are shot, and 40.00 if they are decent.
I believe the problem is solved. Went thru my mail yesterday and my New OOIDA purcahsing card is in there. Also is an emeregency flat tire service plan something like AAA with prices that they must live up to, weather in the service bay or on the shoulder. It also gives an hourly rate that the facility must accept.
My Bridgestones that I must have (personal prefrence and expierence with my first pair) are $345 each plus the mounting, etc....
Is that something you requested from OOIDA or is it a standard thing that just came in the mail? I haven't seen it yet but it may show up in a day or two if it's a standard thing. If it's something special I need to order it so tell us how to do that. Thanks.
