Can anyone give me an idea on what to or not to look for in Gas Operated resonably priced Pressure Washers... PSI, engine types nozzle heads etc... Reliablity, and ease of service. The smallest compact type also.

Thanks in advance

2,500 PSi is plenty good enough to take paint off. Buy a unit that has the brass knozzles that you can interchange for different type of work? You will pay around $400 for a decent one from Sears, atleast with them if your not happy you can take it back!

Heavy grease needs a heated power washer and they cost lots of money to get the job don eright.

If you only need one for your truck once in a while its cheaper just to have your truck power washed at a truck wash location.

I was using 1500psi on mud-caked dirt bikes and I think that would be enough pressure for most purposes. Your truck, spraying down your house, ect.

I ve got a 2300 psi briggs and stratton @ the house thats always worked well, those little honda motors are supposed to be the best, they cost more anyway.
