They have just begun to tax. Just look to England and Europe to see what it is going to be like. Everything you buy will cost double what it does now and there will be little to know economic growth, ever again. This great Nation will die. It will be no better than the rest of Europe's socialist prisons. 
You betcha these people need to be remembered. They have been wanting to tax the Internet ever since it began. The one thing that allowed the Internet to grow like it did was the absence of taxes. Taxing it now will yield some revenue in the short term, but in the long term it will reduce both jobs and revenue.

70% or more of the internet is pornography. If it gets taxed so be it.
And ANYTHING that you buy will be taxed. Taxing those sales costs YOU more money. TAXES KILL JOBS!!! The ONLY way to lower deficits and the debt is to SPEND LESS and TAX LESS.
Government could tax you 100% of your wages (their ultimate goal) and that will still not be enough for them.
Cut Federal spending to what is allowed under the Constitution starting today. Eliminate the vast majority of aid to other countries. Taking the money that we EARN and giving to other countries and people here that DO NOT earn kills jobs and the incentive to work.
Start by LOWERING the Federal budget by 35%. Eliminate the income tax. Put in a Federal sales tax limited to 15% and LIVE within that revenue stream. Then we can look a more ways to lower the deficit.

But, 12% of Web sites are porn related. 8% of e-mails are porn related. 18% of total search engines are porn related. Porn is alive and well both on and off the Internet. 20% of men admit to accessing porn during work hours. 13% of women did. I wonder what percentage of them lied about having never accessed porn while at work? I know that 95% of men admit to masturbating, and the other 5% are lying.
