ARG!!! whatever
went in service monday location ( orlando,fl ) past 5 months have been getting loads out of there so we stayed all day monday.
yep no load monday
went to Tifton,ga have gotten multiple loads outa there since weve been with panther
yep no load tuesday
Now in jackson, ga 60 -70 miles from atlanta
yep no load wednesday or today which is thursday
1st out huh well see
whats that number to ups expedite????????

Mama said they'd be weeks like this. Does seem strange that you would sit near Atlanta that long. But it's an area that's hit or miss. I've sat there a week before (mostly cause I was sick).

Are they still using the dispatchers in NC? If so, I hope you're on Larry's good side. Try sending him some biscuits and gravy or something.

Are you in a van? Straights get loads out of the areas you mentioned with the exception of Tipton. That isn't a board so we have never had anyone stop there. Orlando is hit and miss but Jacksonville has always been pretty good. The other place if there aren't too many trucks is Panama City. That can be hit and miss as well.

yeah were in straight truck dave, I guess it might be the amount of trucks here. man this has been a bad week, but take the good with the bad i guess, were 1st out so I hope we get outa here pretty soon getting stir crazy!!!

I had a sprinter sit in an express center in OH for over 2 days this week. He had the most dwell time the company just didn't have any freight for him.

It happens..................

He's moving now and drops near home.

Panther has more trucks now for one thing guess the extra business isnâ€™t enough for the added trucks maybe? I donâ€™t know I havenâ€™t been able to break more than 3 loads in a week since panther bought out con-way now and got returned to panther for a 3 rd time wasnâ€™t happy here before so might not want to listen to me!

i love it when u get a load of of ct to fl and have to go through deleware new jersey new york and washington and dispatch calls you 2 hours after you pick up and they wonder why your showing a delay at 4pm rush hour traffic

You know if you dislike your carrier to the extreme that you seem to ,WHY do you stay? There are other carriers andother occupations.Life is not a bowl of cherries where everything goes your way,suck it up or leave.

Some of the people now at panther didnâ€™t have much choice they took over con-way now and over night we could now run for panther or deadhead long way to check out another carrier that might be as good as con-way or might not be. And there is rumors around (but then again the rumor was floating that they was going to buy con-way) that panther has offers on the table and the other parties are looking at it on 2 other expedite companyâ€™s so where do ya go? Might be back in a month or 2 who knows so its kind of frustrating but yeah I my self wonâ€™t be there long!

Hey Panther 11: I am in your corner on this one.I got a load out of Fraser,Mi last friday 9-8 took it to Ormand Beach,Fl delivered it 9-11 and i have been sitting ever since.Nothing all week long.They empty moved me up to Cordel,Ga.Got in here last night and still sitting.Got a very bad feeling will be here till Monday.
One whole week shot in the A-S. this is the first time Bolt has ever done this to me.And hopefully the last.

Believe it or not, the sometimes LONG delays in response to the qc are not because Panther isn't working they are because the qc system is messed up and slow. You can tell that by the fact that sometimes you do a number 8 and it's an hour or more until you get reposition numbers. That's all automatic. You aren't waiting on a person to do anything in response. I'm not saying that the personnel don't get backed up and busy at times and give slower responses than you or they would like because that does happen sometimes. You just need to be aware that many of the delays you are complaining about are strictly hardware and beyond the control of any companies using qc, not just Panther. QC is kind of like the utility companies used to be, the only game in town so you're stuck with it no matter how mediocre it sometimes is.
