Panther Macro 8 all boards not showing

I'm creating this thread because as of lately, I've been having problems with my macro 8 "repositioning". I'm wondering if anyone else is having problems getting the Akron/Cleveland board to show on their qualcomms also when I'm in Chicago it doesn't show either. It's hard to make an informed decision when I can't see how many drivers are in these areas. I contacted driver relations and noone from my team has called me back regarding this. I was just wondering if it was my qc or this is a fleetwide problem. I know the dispatchers have been getting busy, so I hate sending msg across the qc or calling in to find out how many drivers are on the board. Just need a little adivice on this. Thanks

LAst I heard, with the Advent of the "board position" and the 5 digit zip code...macro 8 has not been updated.

Also...I"m not sure if this is why, but when they started the new board position thing, they said that if a board was imbalanced it wouldn't show up on Macro 8. I've seen that happen a couple times, and other times just seemed like a problem with the QC, so I'm not sure. But Charlee is right about Macro 8 not being updated yet...which I think they said in one of those emails they were working on but weren't sure when it would be completed.

heh....... i seen town listed on there i never heard of..... and on top of it...
once i was sent a suggested em.... and the town it wanted me to go too... wasnt even listed on the map ...... :|

Boards in the middle of nowhere?! That's not uncommon for Panther. Just the other day, I had a load drop in Shenadoah, IA and they wanted me to EM for 32$ to Fairfield, IA. I had to send a message across the qc asking them which Fairfield, IA they wanted me to go to. It said 1 load a day. Actually, they did 7 loads in the last 21 days. Nevertheless, the Fairfield, IA that they wanted me to go to was in Southeast, IA in the middle of nowhere. There was also a Fairfield, IA which was near Cedar Rapids. So I thought they wanted me to em there. Oh Well, I ended up getting a load out of Fort Madison, IA going to Yorkville, Il.
