Looking for a blank contract between an owner of a truck , and a driver.

Did you try a search? If memory serves, I think someone posted some kind of generic contract in a past discussion.

well the PDF file did not work , at all .
i got it done today , and my Lawyer will go over it tomorrow .
thanks to all that helped , the search led to some very informed discussions here on EO.
i think that the biggest challenge is to wright the contract for a "for hire contractor" and take the steps to avoid an employee status .
it is amassing , the skills needed today just to be a truck owner.
i like challenges ,and today was a good day. i learned a lot.
i am somewhat disappointed , that no one have emailed me a contract. it's not like i needed to invent the wheels .
