never heard of the guy.
looks like he dose have good record of keeping up with transportation challenges in his jurisdiction. question is can he run with the big dogs.
but first he needs to be approved.
then his 2nd litmus test will be his ability to raze the fuel tax.
good news it's not Bill Graves{ATA} nor Debora Harshmen{NTSB}-just a few names that have been circling around.
this nomination will effect the way we all do business.

The new guy has no experience with trucking to speak of, but he replaces LaHood and may replace Ferro as he brings his own people in. Those are two things in his favor.
