I can't possibly fathom why it's struggling, Dave. After all, Anne Ferro 'gets it'. She listens to drivers. Even rode with one once.
Would be hilarious if it wasn't so sad.

She probably has some of the right intentions, but I think she is in way over her head. The results so far have not been very positive.
