If it didn't disintegrate and could be kept clean would you be seen wearing the same shirt for life?

No! I like to vary my Tropical shirts! Like some one's quote goes,"life is too short to wear boring clothes!"::cool:

I've worn one for three years now. But to be honest it is actually over a dozen shirts with the same print.

Wearing the same shirt for life would be tough, considering how small my first shirt was.

The movie is "The Man in the White Suit" 1951. It is about a chemist who invents a fabric that never wears out but then discovers that his invention may doom the workers and others who depend on fabric to wear and be replaced.

Yeah, it's kind of like after I finish inventing Star Trek transporter technology. It's gonna put half the world out of work and the price of oil will drop to 50 cents a barrel.

I'm still having trouble with the Heisenberg Adjusters. Other than photons, which reintegrates fine, everything else keeps reintegrating as a gooey blob.

Former Federal Reserve Bank charman Allan Greenspan would answer yes to this question. He wore the same suit every day, having a dozen identical ones in his closet.

I think the last time same-shirts were tried on a national scale was in China's Chairman Mao days. In today's U.S., it would be a very green thing to do, would it not? Put everyone in the same shirt and reduce the environmental impact by saving tons of dye and miles of fabric and chemicals now used to make non-green shirts.

Hemp! Do I hear a vote for national hemp shirts?

That sounds awfully scratchy! Have you ever worn one?
I'd vote for silk, though, depending on the color....
