I am posting this thread to let everyone know that me and Preacher Rich have had a falling out as business partners. He has now hijacked the company bank account and I still owe my drivers around 3900 Dollars in pay. I have no control over whether or not they get paid and I welcome any of my drivers to contact me at any time if they do not get their final settlements. I paid half of my drivers early this morning then I was abruptly locked out of the compay accounts.

I want it to be fully known that I am no longer associated with On Call Logistics and that I no longer have control over what the company does. I would issue any drivers that are considering signing on with On Call Logistics to be very cautious as I am the one that was in control of the finances. If you sign on with On Call Logistics or do business with them I am no longer responsible for what happens. It is a shame that it had to end this way but this was all generated by greed.

I have one word of advice for everyone out there. Never have a business partner. Please let me know if there is anyone out there that does not receive their final pay steelemts. I will seek legal action to make sure that you guys are all paid. I am going to just leave things at that and I will let the EO community decide who is right and who is wrong. Thanks for your time.

No offense, but how can EO nation judge for themselves if you didn't provide any information?

We must all keep in mind there is three sides to every story. No dog in this fight but just saying.

You are right. So lets get Preacher Rich on here to tell his side of the story. That is if he has the guts to show up and tell his side of the story!

Sorry this happened to you Blizzard.

It's cool. I'm sick and I need to focus on getting well. The twelve hour days are starting to wear on me and I didn't want to leave my company in the control of a partner that makes a lot of mistakes. We had an assembly line shut down for 6 hours 2 weeks ago because one of his drivers ran out of fuel. I simply refuse to be associated with that kind of sorry customer service. So I'd rather just move on as opposed to having my name dragged into the mudd by crappy customer service because one partner doesn't know how to dispatch properly.

I just made a statement of the facts. That is all I'm going to say.
I'd be interested in the facts of how someone was not only able to take over the company bank account, but was also able to lock the primary account holder out. I won't even ask how you were able to so quickly and easily give up that much control over the business you worked so hard to build.

Sorry it happened but don't honestly think it is any of our business.

I tend to agree. We know all we need to know for now. Maybe the rest should be handled in a REAL court rather than this one? Maybe it should be dropped for now.

No wonder nobody over there is responding to my text's. I'm sorry to hear about this, Blizzard, and I hope things work out for you, job wise and health wise. Call me if you want to do some business.

Yes it is your business because I want all of the drivers on here to know that I am no longer associated with this company. I always paid my drivers on time and now I cannot guarantee that. So I am letting the entire EO community know.
