Honestly? I gave up....I've sent very few.

I did have some wait time a couple of weeks ago and response was good when I gave updates...etc.

Absolutely NO issues of any kind this week!

You closed that thing up tighter then a drum within 30 seconds of parking, so , I didn't want to bother you.. I went to dinner and to watch the game...came back went to bed and you were gone in the AM....On my way to Sterling Heights, Mich now....

I have noticed with my fleet that weekday messages are usually responded to within 10 minutes , most times much less. This past weekend I noticed much faster response times too! Weekends in the past seemed to be the weak point in response times but I feel the issue was addressed as proven by this past weekend.

Again this is based on what I am seeing with my fleet, not sure about the whole fleet in general.

Well don't give up and give it a try again. We really need people using this versus calling. Our goal is to try and average ten minutes or less. With the shifting and dedicated staff I think we are reaching that number or even faster a good percentage of the time.

30 seconds is about right. Another 30 seconds and I was snoozin'. The prospect of facing that rush hour ahead of me prompted me to pull over and take a nap, since I didn't have to (and couldn't) deliver until the next morning, a couple of hours down the road.
