What will be the major social and economic legislation sought by the Obama administration this year? Comprehensive immigration reform? More rigid gun control initiatives? Greenlight to Mexican trucking? Normalization of relations with Cuba? Re-introduce the Fairness Doctrine for radio/TV? Rampant pro-unionization efforts? Broaden 'hate speech" parameters? Demand real diversity (as defined by the Left) for the Boy Scouts?

No matter what he pushes it will further his socialist ideas, weaken the political power of the People and trash the Constitution. Other than that it will suck.

I have a very strong feeling that he is going to start "influencing" companies to become unionized. The great idiot leader of the UAW said something interesting the other day that falls right into the Obama mindset;
"I would be very, very concerned if I was an auto manufacturer, of having young people, college students, young college graduates, feel that I was a human rights violator,"
speaking of the southern plants that are in the right to work states. I have this feeling helping the UAW and Teamsters will be at the top of the agenda now that they are seeing the fruit of the tax payer bailouts. Maybe this congress will be dumb enough to pass card-check bill that failed in the last congress.
