Maybe you might have missed this but it is one of those things that everyone knew would happen and one of those things that he would be blamed for even though it was he who wrote the bill, "debated" the bill and passed it.

If anyone was to lie, it was those republican (and democrat) incumbents who have made the promise to reverse Obama care and have not done a thing.

IF he was honest and he MEANT that only legal residents would be covered he would have vetoed the bill. He wanted the illegals etc to be covered. He does NOT get a pass just because he did not vote on the bill. He is a career politician, a liar by trade. He gets NO pass.

He signed the bill into law that to me is a vote in favor of the bill all day long The supreme court will settle this as long as Elena Kegan recluse's herself from hearing the case.
