Ok, i posted this in another thread , but after a bit more checking, I thought i'd add it here along with some more info that i was provided, you be the judge for yourself:
New info:
666 has been the Pick 3 winning number in Chicago only 21 times during the past 28 years for which records are kept. 12 years it wasn't drawn at all. In 1999--the only year other than this year that it was drawn more than once--it was drawn twice.
This year 666 was drawn 4 times, so this year could be called the year that 666 came into prominence in Chicago.
