We can all agree that Senator Barack Obama is one of the world's biggest celebrities and every celebrity needs a fan club filled with adoring fans and Senator Obama certainly has his fair share. You might even be tempted to join this fan club.

If you love Senator Barack Obama enough to join his fan club you'll love higher taxes, massive federal spending, government-run health care and higher gas prices. Despite Senator Obama's lack of experience and readiness to lead, he's still considered dreamy and deserves an amazing fan club - he just doesn't deserve to be our next president.

David,
I am wondering about something....

How many churches who are so concern about Obama are having voter registration drives or helping people arrange to get voter abstenty (sp?) ballots?

The reason I ask is I know that the people who are doing just this are reaching to the undecided people and helping people decide.

While visiting at local churches around the country it appears that the members are active in the process.

Many churches have ministries in their local "Long Term" care facilities and they have worked with the administrators of such to provide those folks the opportunity to vote.

Those churches that have bus ministries have also offered transportation to the polls.

I would guess that they also have addressed the "Absentee" Ballot vote as well.

We have several men from our home church serving in military and they are aware of the "Absentee" ballot.

Just another reminder why everyone needs to start getting involved in the political process this year, regardless of how distasteful it may seem. This voter registration process will be manipulated in 2008 like never before. If memory serves me correctly, Obama's tenure as a "community organizer" was with the Acorn Group - exposed in 2004 as one of the most corrupt organizations in the country for voter registration fraud. One can easily anticipate these types of groups lining up residents of nursing homes, mental institutions, cemetaries, prisons and citizens of Mexico to vote for BHO. Even though McCain is far less than desirable as a Republican candidate, he is certainly the lesser of the evils and will most likely only be in office for one term. Maybe we should pass out red, white and blue nose clips to wear as we go into the polling booths.

Does anyone want to bet a steak dinner at a Petro the McCain is going to win anyway? Your folks are getting worked up over nothinng..
Id still recommend at least three months worth of non parishables, fuel, water, canned goods, cooking fuels and amunition. It will get nasty just after election time,
