NTSB Recommends Full Cell Phone Ban, All Drivers

NTSB recommends full ban on use of cell phones while driving.

I like that the proposed ban applies to ALL drivers, not just truckers. Many truckers have suggested that the phone use rules that apply to them should apply to four-wheelers too. Well, now we have a proposal on the table that applies the same to all drivers. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

Down the slippery slope we go, No Phones, No CBs, No Stereo, No Little Doggies, No Fuzzy Dice, No Smoking, No Fat Guys, No Flames or Custom Paint, No No No Im against ANY more legislation that takes away Individual freedoms, OK If Bobby Sue cant drive, talk, put on makeup and pet her kitty thats not my fault, I CAN AND HAVE and will contuinue to do so, If you cant manage your vehicle, communicate and enjoy some minor distraction such as a call from the wife, FREEDOMS just let them take one and they want them all....

Should create jobs since they will have to build all those cell phone pull off parking areas every 1/2 a mile. Cars will be screeching in there across 10 lanes to answer phones or send texts. Just think of the commerce !

I think I will just get some of those fake bubble gum filled cell phones to throw on the dash, lets say 50 of em. I can say I have a gum addiction if I get stopped.
