Maybe I shouldnt be sayiny this BUT what happened to all the hype and good times you were having just a few weeks ago with panther??, just settle down relax and enjoy some slow times (maybe you should have better prepared for the slow times), or do those rules not apply to you? We all have slow times, but in the end, if you stick with it and make smart choices, then you should do fine, anyway again settle down, relax or book your own load, not too hard of a choice in my book.

easyrider - things change unless of course everyone is as perfect as you. i do not have the time to just sit around and read and wait for other people to get up and moving it would be easier to do it myself. if i do it myself and do not get there then it is my fault. if someone else does not perform their part of the job that gets me going then it is not only their fault but my fault for not kicking them in the head. since i can not kick them in the head this is the better route.

Never said I was perfect, just been in this buisness for almost 11 years and it always the same this time of year, maybe you need to sit back and really think about some of the choices you have made, loads you accepted or did not accept, where you moved you truck to or maybe where you should have moved it to..if still confused after that and need someone to spoonfeed you into making money, maybe you need to contact a fleet owner that will do that for you and tell you where to move truck to, what load to take and what load not to take, or better yet get out of the expedite industry and go somewhere where they tell you everything to do..This is a ever changing fast paced industry, that historically has the same up and downs in it.
What really is the one of the same old thing as always is, is when a contractor is moving good and making good, all is SOO great, but the minuet they dont have a good week, they do nothing but whine about it....but I guess that is something that will never change.

All this cuzz you didn't get the support from the good members for your strike and hold out for better wages????

You need to learn tolerance and patience and alittle humility.
