I've driven straight trucks for about a year doing 300- 400 miles a day just in one state. I'm looking to start as a company driver otr. Can someone give me some advice, how much does it pay.

As far as I know there are no company drivers in expediting. Some company's such as CRST claim to be expeditors but do not move exped freight as this forum supports.
You would have to be owner/operator, or drive for an owner. Look for these oppertunies on EO classifieds.

There are a few owners that will make you an employee.
Watch the classified ads.
Your best bet is to contact your local post office and see if their " star route" carrier needs drivers.
Often straight trucks, regular runs. Very good pay.
Or , if near a big city, try the postal service itself.
