We are extremely pleased to announce the Load One will be opening a new terminal facility in Greenville/Spartanburg SC this summer. We are currently renovating and preparing the facility for operation. As well we are starting to interview to fill positions at this location.

We are very excited to expand the Load One footprint into the south-east to better service our customers and provide greater support to our fleet.

Also, I had the pleasure of coming to your office in Detroit a few days ago. I was up there to deliver a load in the evening and I had another load pre booked to pick up a couple hours after that one delivered and when I got to the consignee there was nobody there and nobody was going to be there for a bit longer. You guys had a driver available and I came over and dropped off the freight I had. Your driver delivered promptly and everyone in the facility was extremely professional. We've also covered some freight for your company lately and I must say that you guys are really a pleasure for another carrier to work with. Keep it up.

It varies on the type of vehicle. If you send me a pm with your email address I am happy to email you an info packet covering the equipment and division you are looking at. Generally in expedite 1 year of experience with a good record is adequate. As far as vehicle we PREFER 5 years or newer. But, we ultimately base it on the condition, appearance and inspection of the unit for trucks that are older. Either way any vehicle must pass an inspection in our shop. I have found age is not always the best answer. I have seen older trucks that are grade A and newer ones that are junk.

Good to hear on expanding down there in SC. You will do real well down there based on what freight volumes currently are down there.

Yes we will. We actually do already. We have trucks domiciled all over the eastern half of the US. Although probably 75% are domiciled within 50 miles of Detroit currently.
