They don't have to be refrigerated. You add water to the rice and cook it for 5 min in the microwave then heat the meat sauce for 30 seconds and mix the two together in the rice bowl. We only tried the Sesame Chicken but it was wonderful! I think an egg roll is needed to make it a perfect meal but it is easy, quick, and pretty nutritious.
