I just discovered some little cake things to fix in the microwave. I'm not certain they are NEW but I don't recall ever seeing them before. I think they are made by Betty Crocker. There are two in a package and it ends up being a nice warm cake in a single serving bowl. It isn't much but it gives you a taste of something warm and sweet. I tried the chocolate with caramel swirl. It comes with the bowl (two to a package). You put the cake mix in the bowl, add a tablespoon of water and mix it well. Then you add the caramel swirl stuff over the top and microwave it for 30 seconds. It is a very satisfying, warm desert and it is something we can keep on hand in our pantry area. It is certainly cheaper than going in a restaurant to order desert.
