New Load1 HQ

I thought since Load1 is moving towards building a new HQ, we could be helpful..:D.. and give John our great ideals on making it a perfect location for drivers, cargo handling and such. I'll start it of with the ideal of providing a "special " parking area for the vans & sprinters way back in the rear area of the new yard.

Probably a bad idea unless L1 has a bonus program for the collection of yellow bottles and garbage. I would put them up front by a restroom door with a camera outside to monitor vehicles. Throw a yellow bottle....... lose your board position. ;)

Throw a yellow bottle, lose your lease, if you're on my property.

Or caught on tape in public.

I think they should have a place for St parking. The detroiter would work well.

Ohhh my boys. We are a little ways from planning that much detail. But we will be involving our staff and drivers into design and layout of the new facility. We need to get soil engineering and a bunch of other stuff completed first.

It's never too early to plan the location of the concrete pad and shelter for the shuttle bus to Isis and Timmies.

The shore power is a great idea. I might try sneaking in there instead of the Detroiter or Walmart. LOL
