NEW here- need some help!

Hello everyone, I tried to search first before I made the thread but couldn't find anything.

1. Which companies work with hauling trailer for O/O of Pick up Trucks? NO dually, I only have a 21' RAM 1500.
2. I do NOT have a CDL, however I used to work on expedite HOT shot delivery for some time with another vehicle that I no longer own.

Any possible brokers that may be able to assist with finding some work?

Any input would gladly be appreciated,

This site is geared more towards expedite freight, not trailer Hot Shot. I don't know of any expedite carrier or shipper that uses pickups with flatbed trailers.
