NEW EPA Rules

Question..to all. When the new epa guideline go into effect in jan 2007 for new trucks how will that effect 2006-and older diesel vehicles as far as fuel. Will the ulsd fuel cause significant damage to the engines? Would the EPA regs cause prices of used diesel powered trucks to go up due to demand if there isn't any significant damage to the engine?

Last I heard it will be ok to use, but will have a different burn. Meaning economy will be off alittle without some additive.
