Thanks for answers in advance. I am updating my MCS-150 and it requires at least one vehicle to be entered under "Number of trucks operated in the US." I operate a Sprinter less than 10,000 lbs and I understand that we are exempt from the New Entrant Safety requirement designed for larger straight trucks and above.
- That being said, what is the work around for us expediters? What do you put in these blocks?
- I am also changing my business name because we have recently become an LLC. How do you change business name on Authority, and when you do change I want to ensure that it does not restart the clock for my authority and MC number. Can you tell me if that is the case?
