I'm glad you are impressed, I wish I had that brain space to remember things like..........oh....my wife's birthday. It would seem to keep me out of more trouble.

However those CW McCall 8 tracks sure do keep me company when I do get banished to the garage.

Do ya remember Black Bear road?

not callin you on this but i thought tirerack was near south bend. do they have 2 locations?

I know they have a shop in South Bend IN (those are the folks I talk to), a warehouse or 2 in other places (1 in Georgia that I know of for sure) and a whole host of approved installers all over the country. I'd say if ya can't get to Indiana to have them put them on you could always get them shipped home, and pay Wally World to mount them.

We've used Tirerack several times. You can research tires online and have them delivered to an installer near you. Takes several days between order and delivery to installer. What I found works really well is to call their customer service number. One of the guys/gals will walk you through what will be the best cost/value for your use. I have found that there is usually a tire that is the #2 or #3 rated tire for your use that gives you a better cost/value than the #1 rated tire. Their website is interesting in that people who have bought whatever tire you are looking at rate it and say whether they would buy the tire again. Additionally, the installers are rated. We found an installer that is 10 miles from our house. He got great ratings from everybody who responded. We agree. The guy is helpful, courteous, kind, obedient, thrifty, and reverent.
