If you're replacing an existing unit, an RV dealer should be able to the switch.
Go online and see if your present manufacturer ( Dometic,etc) has a listing of dealers.

Just a thought but cant ya fix what you have?
I see shrouds on e-bay..Without studying them and not knowing what unit you have,, Looks like prices are all over the map.. Ive also seen a few roof tops that look like they have home made shrouds on em..

Yeah I replaced the top piece last month. The bottom piece let go. Unit is oldddd. Hard to fit up. Looks rough. Time for a new one before summer time comes. Going to order one on amazon I think

Bought mine on eBay Go on eBay you can find cheap and you can go pick up In store 599 $ try to talk to them down I got up for 550 From Kissimmee Florida

I bought my 15,000 btu Hengs rooftop, who manufactures Dometics, for $550.00 from rv surplus in Elkhart, Indiana. I had RV One in Elkhart put it on. I can hang beef in my 12' Spartan body in the hottest and most humid of days.

go with the lowest profile rooftop ac unit, I'm waiting till they bring the 7.5 inch unit back to purchase one. I think the lowest one now is around 10-11 inches
