My wife and I own a D size truck with a reefer and liftgate. We have 2 years exp with a
major expedite company. We are looking for a small company that can utilize our truck
and keep us busy. My wife and I both have our DOD clearance and are able to haul
anything our current company needs hauled. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Give John at PTL in Toledo A call, Straight Up Guy, Good Small Company, They seem to do well with their Straight Trucks.

Might have your hands full looking for a smaller carrier that can use your equipment. Most of the small carriers aren't very effective in utilizing a reefer straight with a lift gate.
I think you are pretty much stuck with Panther, Fedex, or Landstar.

That is correct (not). There is a general misunderstanding about just how diversified the equipment is that is utilized by smaller companys. After all- - Small companies can haul ANYTHING, from ANYONE, to ANYONE, ANYWHERE their permits allow. Jes like the biggies. Ain't it amazing????
