Need help and new ideas on Expediting site

How is everyone doing?. I have a an expediting web site that I made and still working on it. What am trying to get here is help and maybe a new ideas from people on here .
So if you could visit it and let me know what you think I would highy apreciate it.

It's English. As you can see . But I want the Russian people to be able to read and post on there as well.Simply because most of the Russian,Ukranian drivers don' speak much English
