I drove for a company that is listed as binghamton NY but it is really spence NY I drove for this company and didnt get payed everything owed to me I have talked to other drivers on the road and they stated they know of them doing the same thing to other drivers has anyone had any problems with a company out of that area if so please let me know, Thanks for the help

Gather info about this company...mc # , address, city, dot #, names of owner or employees (dispatchers or whatever), any and all info you can get that's verifiable. Then call OOIDA and the state DOT. Make sure you have documents in order, be able to SHOW that you were wronged. If you can't do this then dont bother calling anyone, you won't be taken seriously.

thanks for your reply and info I have everything and I have been working with the expiditing company regarding this they stated that if there are more drivers out there that have been unpayed they would look at it, thats why I asked for help through this forum because I got riped off and I trying to stop them from doing it to other drivers

Readers would be wise to read this thread with a cautious eye. There are at least two sides to every story. Having heard bits from both, I am in no hurry to accept claims at face value.

The person in question is no more my friend than you are; just someone I have talked to online. Friend or not, I would not ask the person to post a reply. This is not a matter to be debated between the two of you in an online forum. If you have a business matter to settle with this person, take action in private to settle it.

Just to throw in my 2 cents worth............Greg is right, probably not a good idea to plaster this all over the net.........get your proof, settle it between the 2 of you........then move on.............AFTER everything is settled, then you can write in here about your experience to warn other prospective drivers.
One other thing, I don't think there is a 'spence' NY...........believe it's Spencer. They have a great little stock car track there....

thanks for the advise and yes you are right this maybe not the right forum for this matter and I am planning to contact the owners and try to settle this matter again and after that I will post my dealing with this company anagin thanks and god bless and be safe
