Need Feedback on Carriers

I am looking for advice on chosing a carrier that would work well with a newbie. I am going to be driving a cargo van and I have spoken with several recruiters. I live in Ohio, so Panther and Tri State are close. Also I have spoken with Try Hours and Express 1. I am looking for some feedback on these companies that would help me to make a decision as to which one to choose. I am looking for a company that will help me along with a little coaching as beginner. All of the above seem to be great companies and I am needing some input to help me with my new career.

I would ask a Panther recruiter as they had a six week program to keep you going when you start out. I think they still do that.It was nice when we signed on with them because they track how you are doing and are quickly available. They were all drivers so you not talking to some high school kid. I would check to see if they are still doing that.
