I'm doing a 300 mile run that has 13 stops on it all within the last 40 miles I charge 50.00 a stop +the miles
Does this seem reasonable ?
They *****ed but paid it !
Loads with a lot of multiple stops tend to fetch a good bit more than many think, IMHO. I know when I see a load with 8, 10, 12 stops or more I think..."ugh".
If enough people shy away from those it tends to make them more valuable.
I did an 8-stopper to a bunch of Kroger stores several months ago that worked out to a delivery fee of about $1.75 per loaf of bread. And most of the bread was those that Kroger charges $1 each for. But they needed trucks and it paid WELL.
