Don't be too sure about that. I remember hearing people rationalizing their decision to buy those fancy euro, vespa scooters. They all had to mention how great it was to have a great mileage vehicle. Notice they don't publish the mpg on those things. I dug and found some numbers and it turns out I still get better mpg with my honda insight. And I'm out of the weather and have the air conditioner running.

Next good trick. Figure out the mpg per pound of payload. My honda is ten times less fuel efficient than my old freightliner. Who's green now? I think the truck industry is behind the power curve on advertising this fact. CSX, the rail company, figured it out.

Yall act like you've never seen a Chinense expediter before. I can tell that is one of Panda Express' rides. It's a what they call a Lei Unit.

bet he can't sleep in that rig.

If you look closely at the picture I believe you can actually see somebody in the "sleeper". Either that or the driver has two heads. The co-driver is also holding what looks like the auxiliary fuel tank.
I will try to think of the expeditor's of China the next time I am feeling sorry for myself. As I understand it the price of fuel is controlled by the government. While this makes the "official" price relatively cheap I am sure its hard to find quantity at that rate. The trucks are also only allowed in cities at night. Don't even get me started about the air they have to breath...

Is George Carlin that guy who always said he didn't get any respect? That can't be him he is dead.

Things have gotten really bad for the Chinese expediters since Panda 2 and Communist Express Me Need Urgently merged to make Panda Express. They have to run team so they can push the rig up the hills. Communist Express was a pretty big outfit in China. They had Me Need Urgently, Me Need Tomorrow, and Me Need Sometime Next Week. Then the government outlawed the rickshaw wagons and it all went down hill. Now all they have left is Me Need When Ever You get Here. Everything else has sold or been merged.
