Have you ever seen a bottle of water sitting outside in the cold I disturbed still in a liquid state? Until its opened and pop it turns to ice same thing I'd assume there are videos of that on you tube I'm sure.

I've never seen it before either. My wife saw it on the local news last week and sent me this link: Strange 'chandeliering ice' phenomena unfolds at Medicine Lake | kare11.com It's the same video but with a vague explanation of the phenomenon. \

I knew a kid in high school, Leonard Samuel Davidson, aka the acid man. He reported seeing a similar occurrence involving ice, only it happened sometime during the month of August, in Iowa.
