Nothing yet on the dates that I can find..
Oct 8th has to be the opener for the southern zone here in Mich.
Any other day is unacceptably at this point and if not it will turn us into Poachers,,Our day is planned.. Ducks will fall on this day :D
Our lil hunny hole is looking good. It appears we didn't hurt it at all last year.
I really wish they could get these dates out sooner with all the planning needed for trips and lodging for those that need it.

I have been checking too. Nothing from anyone I know.

They have little choice on how soon they can set seasons. The final reports from the Feds have to come in. That does not happen until mid to late July. They have to compile all of the data from all the different surveys. Like those from DU, Canadians, US Fish and Wildlife etc.

It is complicated, but VERY interesting.
